Dr Marco Ganzhorn takes over the management of the legal editing department of Nomos Verlag together with Stefan Simonis.<\/h3>\n \n

Dr Marco Ganzhorn, previously deputy head of the legal editing department, will join Stefan Simonis as head of the legal editing department with immediate effect. He will be responsible in particular for personnel and organisational issues in the editorial office, but will also drive forward the expansion of the legal programme in new areas of law. Dr Marco Ganzhorn has played a key role in the development of new models such as the digital knowledge worlds with topic pages, practice newsletters and webinars.<\/p>\n

Dr Marco Ganzhorn is delighted with the appointment and emphasises: “I would like to thank Mr Gottl\u00f6ber for the trust he has placed in us and the opportunity to take on this responsible position. In the coming years, we will resolutely face the challenges of advancing digitalisation and the requirements of contemporary knowledge transfer. It is important to uphold tradition and at the same time respond innovatively to the challenges of our time. I am delighted to be able to shape the path we have already taken in a new position.”<\/p>\n

Dr Marco Ganzhorn studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universit\u00e4t Heidelberg and the Albert-Ludwigs-Universit\u00e4t Freiburg. After successfully completing his doctorate on a copyright law topic, he worked in parallel as a research assistant at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies (ZAR) under the direction of Prof. Dr Thomas Dreier. Since 2016, Dr Ganzhorn has been a member of the ju<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The legal publishing programme<\/h3>\n

Nomos’ legal literature for practitioners, which is also available in separate Nomos modules on the beck-online platform, includes commentaries, handbooks and collections of laws from all relevant areas of law. Lawyer Frank Michel continues to be responsible for the important area of legal literature. In addition, Nomos stands for over 400 outstanding academic publications each year, which are published by the editorial team under the programme manager for science, Prof. Dr. Johannes Rux.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
