Authors’ Notes

Dear authors!

The following handout is intended to make your work and ours easier when writing and editing manuscripts for the IWRZ. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us (sempere@nomos.de, +49 7221 2104-443).

Manuscripts should be sent to the editorial office
(grafvonwestphalen@freenet.de). Only unpublished original papers will be accepted. The authors agree to non-distorting editing by the publisher. Unsolicited manuscripts – for which no liability is assumed – are considered a proposal for publication under the publisher’s conditions. Acceptance for publication must be made in writing.

With the acceptance for publication, the author transfers to the publisher the exclusive publishing right until copyright expiration. This includes in particular the right to produce electronic versions and to store them in databases as well as the right to reproduce and distribute them online or offline without additional remuneration. After the expiration of one year, the author may grant other publishers a simple reprint permission; the right to the electronic version remains with the publisher.
